1) Final output size: 

HGM grinding mill is 300-2500 mesh, so if you want the micro powder mill, HGM is the best choose.
Raymond mill fineness normally is within 50-300 mesh;

3) Dust cleaner---Bag filter

Raymond mill: Just bags to collect the dust, many powder in the air.

4) Spare parts lifetime: 

HGM grinding mill: special material, lifetime more than one year, which is 2-3 times longer than raymond mill
Raymond mill: Just 4-6 month.

5) Working time:

HGM grinding mill: Continuous working 24 hours 33 days non-stop when oiled.
Raymond mill: need stop every 8 hours to oiled.

6) Power consumption: 

The capacity is twice as much as raymond mill , but energy consumption decreased 30%.


7) Inverter control system: 

can adjust the fineness with 300-2500 mesh. Feeding system can adjust the main unit speed to fit for grinding speed.
